Mission
The mission of LAS International Programs is to support faculty and students working together to examine pressing transnational concerns and to expand their global awareness, engagement and experience. Our support includes:
- offering interdisciplinary programs of study specifically designed to introduce students to pressing transnational concerns and the perspectives and experience to contribute to their resolution;
- facilitating international study and service for both students and faculty;
- promoting international linkages in courses and programs
- advising on and supporting the formal agreement process for formalized international relationships.
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences has been reaching out to the world for more than six decades. Our faculty conduct research and build collaborations on every continent and we send thousands of students abroad every year.
