We offer services to help you from the planning stages to the project’s completion, following campus and college communication standards.

Project Consultation and Planning

Planning is the key to a successful project. We'll help you think strategically about your goals and how best to achieve them. There may be options you had not even considered. We'll review your project goals, help you set a realistic timeline, and outline your options based on your budget.

Marketing Research

Good marketing starts with knowledge about the audience you are trying to reach. Our office has experience conducting surveys, focus groups, and interviews with alumni, students, and potential donors. We will use our findings as they apply to your project. Or we can help you gather data on specific audiences on which we do not have information.

Graphic Design

Graphic presentation is extremely important in the success of a project. To help you succeed, our office offers high-end design work for wide-ranging print, collatoral, and Web projects. Our portfolio includes a sampling of the many departmental newsletters, posters, invitations, booklets, fliers, and brochures we’ve done. We've also created trophies, plaques, displays, T-shirts, banners, signage, and more.

Coordinating and Negotiating Printing Services

For projects we are involved in, our office will handle the details of securing a printer and marshalling it through the entire printing process. We will select the best, and most cost-effective, printer for your project. If there are problems, we are there to handle them.

Mass Emails

We can send mass emails to alumni. Although this service must be used with discretion, our office is responsible for obtaining email address downloads, proofing copy, and preparing graphics-enhanced emails. See the best practices that govern mass emails.
