The College of LAS believes strongly in the value of diversity, community, academic scholarship, and excellence, as well as educational and professional mentorship. These fundamental tenets are embedded in the fabric of AAP.

Financial support
Your financial support provides AAP students meaningful access to educational opportunities outside the classroom. Please consider investing in our students.
By contributing to the LAS Access and Achievement Program Annual Fund, you support high impact initiatives such as study abroad, research fellowships, and a variety of co-curricular and honor conferences. Your contribution also supports scholarships and course development.
Prior to his service as the associate dean for the Student Academic Affairs Office, Robert M. Copeland served as LAS assistant dean with the Access and Achievement Program. During his tenure, Copeland was a leader in academic affairs. He is revered as a pioneer in the field of access and educational opportunities. This fund was established following his retirement in 2001 to assist students in AAP who have a financial emergency. It provides funding for AAP students who might not otherwise be able to register for the upcoming term.
